If selected, you’ll be invited to enter into a deposit agreement and make a deposit of either $250k or $1MM depending on the option you select. You can request a full refund of your deposit at any time after the first 30 days. Your deposit will be applied toward the final price of your reservation once the hotel is ready to accept guests.
Final pricing has not yet been determined will likely exceed $10 million. We may require you to provide additional personal, medical and financial information and documents to verify your ability to travel and maintain your spot. We’ll guide you through the process. There is a $1,000 non-refundable app fee to apply.
